We are hiring a Ops & Supply Chain Manager to run day-to-day operations and streamline procurement, manufacturing, inventory, and logistics across Singapore, Vietnam, India, China, and Indonesia.

Responsibilties

• Coordinate procurement, inventory, and logistics with global partners.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and vendors for compliance.
• Support manufacturing cost control and supplier negotiations.
• Support supplier sourcing and selection.  
• Work closely with OEMs and logistics teams.
• Supply generally across the startup – organising events, product registrations, supporting new team members, etc.

Capabilities

• Minimum 3 years of supply chain or procurement experiences (manufacturing/export a plus).
• Operations experience
• Pricing negotiation experiences
• Startup experiences is a plus
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Hands-on, organized, and adaptable in a fast-moving startup.
